Bank station staff are up in arms about the appalling conditions that management expect them to work under during the refurb.
The Northern ticket hall, platform 4 headwall and 'triplication' areas are particular hot spots for congestion, irate passengers, abuse and assault and fear for staff and passenger safety.
With woeful under-staffing adding to their woes, the station staff have finally had enough and more than fifty (so far) have signed a petition demanding that their management act. Quite right.
