I took the term "de-Zionization" from Barry Finger. And I don't see it as ugly. What I do see as particularly ugly is the abject racism expressed not just by the Israeli state but by most of the Israeli-Jewish population. If it wasn't clear before that actually-existing-Israel is an Ashkenazim-supremacist state, it should damn well be clear by now. Ask anyone with brown skin living in Israel or any African Jew living there.

In that sense really-existing Zionism is, if not a uniquely evil nationalism, pretty damn close to it. I used to think that Jews were incapable of being white supremacists. Silly me.
