To celebrate 50 years since the Stonewall riots, we will be reading the Gay Liberation Front's 1978 manifesto and an article from a member of Lambeth Workers' Liberty which gives some background to Stonewall and the early days of the gay liberation movement.

*For copies of the texts, please get in touch - details below*

In previous meetings we've discussed a range of topics, including social reproduction theory, the impact of globalisation on women internationally, the welfare state and a socialist feminist manifesto for a left Labour government, and much more! We aim to grapple with socialist and feminist theory - even if its dense - but apply it to real world organising.
