Socialist Alliance to stand 300 candidates

The May local government elections are less than eight weeks away - less still in some areas, where there will be postal voting starting on 18 April. The Socialist Alliance in the June 2001 General Election gave voters in 98 constituencies the chance to vote for "socialism" and against New Labour.
